Abstract

This article discusses how is built the production of health care for the elderly,by a multidisciplinary team with emphasis on interdisciplinarity. Research with qualitativeapproach, through the case study method .To the data analysis we used the technique ofcontent analysis. The main results showed the importance of technical care conjunction withthe lay care provided at home for the implementation of the plan of care and coping withvarious difficulties due to the shortage of human resources, equipment and supplies.
