Abstract

O olhar da imprensa escrita para o envelhecimento e previdência realizado pelo grupo de pesquisa Longevidade, Envelhecimento e Comunicação abre novos caminhos para a reflexão ao identificar tendências do jornalismo impresso da cidade de São Paulo quanto à percepção da velhice. Este artigo apresenta uma análise sobre os aspectos previdenciários cobertos pelos jornais impressos da metrópole, os quais trazem sistematicamente o tema Previdência/Aposentadoria, tal o grau de interação do assunto com questões sócio-econômicas nacionais. Palavras-chave: Previdência/Aposentadoria; Envelhecimento; Jornais impressos Pension Fund is news: Aging x Pension Fund/Retirement ABSTRACT: The look of the press on aging and retirement conducted by the Longevity, Aging and Communication research group opens up new avenues for reflection in by identifying trends in the printed journalism in the city of Sao Paulo as to the way old age is perceived. This article presents an analysis of the pension fund aspects covered by the newspapers printed the metropolis, which bring up systematically the Pension Fund/Retirement subject, such is the degree of interaction of the matter with domestic socio-economic issues.
