Active aging in conception of a group of nurses

This study aimed to identify the concepts that a group of nurses is about active aging. This is an exploratory and descriptive research with qualitative approach, performed with nurses who work in Basic Health Units in a city in the north part of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Using the focus group technique was verified that nurses understand that active aging is related and is built in a dependency understanding and disability.
