We sought to investigate the home care reported in the literature for patients with Parkinson's disease. A systematic review was performed from the MEDLINE database (via PubMed), without language and date restrictions. It was concluded that the caregiver should encourage the patient to walk, talk, develop fine motor skills; know the drug routine, as well as its adverse effects; live with the family and continue to develop their activities of daily living.
