This study aimed to understand the feelings and emotions experienced by university students in the process of aging facing the possibility of reintegration into the labor market. For this purpose, the method of affective maps was used in an exploratory character in people with ages ranging from 51 to 71 years of age. The results point out the experience of Old Age being potentiated in the various spaces in which it is inserted, and that interpersonal relationships can be considered to be important for the personal and professional quality of life of the elderly. However, stigma is still perceived in the elderly, promoting a distorted and prejudiced view of Old Age.
