The study of proactivity is relevant in the current population aging scenario, as it may help, in some way, to a better understanding of what is defined as a successful old age. The present study reports an intervention based on Cognitive Therapy (TC) in a Proactive and Aging Support Group, GAPSI. This time five women participated, with ages ranging from 45 to 60 years old. The GAPSI brings contributions to group CT, regarding the use of preventive practices to the problems of advancing age, and also to broaden the discussion on the theme of proactivity.Downloads
