Abstract

This text aims to summarize an approach in the field of gerontechnology from the point of view of Longevity Economy. Initially, the socioeconomic context in which these new concepts emerge in the studies of population aging and gerontology is exposed. Then, it explores its intersections and needs for the adoption of public policies in the area of economics in order to meet the constitutional determination of a dignified and well-old aging.
