This study aimed to carry out an integrative literature review of the literature, on humanization actions in the assistance provided to elderly people in a situation of palliative care. Among those found, 18 articles address the topic, with only a few of them citing actions that can be considered specific to humanization. In view of this, Elderly Centered Care in Palliative Care, embodied in the question “What matters to you?”, Which seeks to recover the elderly person's own manifestation, can reflect respect for the elderly person, for their dignity; by disseminating the philosophy of this type of health care, it is expected to contribute to a more humanized care for the elderly in a situation of palliative care.
