Physical activity, Tracking of the body composition, and functional fitness of adults and elderly women in Mozambique

The present study analyzed the tracking of body composition (BC) and functional physical fitness (FPF) of 54 older adults women (62.6 ± 6.3 old years), follows 4 years of physical activity (PA) program in Mozambique, Africa. The program of PA consists of aerobic exercise, moderate intensity, tree time per week and one hour per day session. The results suggest the older adults’ women showed stability for their BC and positive changes in some FPF after four years of participation.
