In this study to describe sociodemographic, educational and professional teachers who work in the CIEJA Ermelino Matarazzo, east of the capital of São Paulo; evaluate possible gains for the professional and personal work with the elderly, identify beliefs toward aging. Through the results, conclusion: This CIEJA be a place conducive to learning and social inclusion of the elderly, the teacher provides significant cultural and personal exchanges, which are reflected in the aging process itself.Downloads
