Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal; otherwise, it must be justified in "Comments to the editor".
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, Libre Office or RTF format.
  • URLs for referrals will be provided when possible.
  • The text must be formatted in single space;
    Uses 12-point font;
    Employs italics instead of underlining (except for URL addresses);
    Figures and tables must be inserted in the text, not at the end of the document in the form of attachments.
  • The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in Guidelines for Authors on the About the Journal page.
  • In case of submission to a peer-reviewed section (eg articles), the instructions are available at Ensuring blind peer review were followed.

This section accepts interviews with personalities with recognized academic profile and whose contribution to science, in its most diverse fields of knowledge, is widely recognized by the local and international academic community.

Tradução

This section is intended for the translation of academic articles, published or not by Nhengatu, whose purpose is to promote access in Portuguese, or in Spanish, to scientific production that has already been published or has not been published in other languages.

Ensaios

Dedicated section for authors with recognized academic/scientific production at national and/or international level.
