Estratégia e o estrategizar: leituras bourdieusianas

A abordagem do estrategizar organizacional como prática social – a Estratégia como Prática (S-as-P) – representa, nas últimas décadas, um esforço para propor uma visão alternativa ao olhar tradicional da estratégia – delineado pelas perspectivas de autores como Michael E. Porter, Henry Mintzberg e Igor Ansoff. Os contornos desse novo campo de estudo, ainda em construção, são pouco nítidos em alguns aspectos, principalmente devido à persistência de tradicionais dicotomias, como as oposições entre agência e estrutura, subjetivo e objetivo: o que acaba por manter a S-as-P próxima da perspectiva tradicional de processos da estratégia. Diante desses sombreamentos, Pierre Bourdieu é um dos autores da conhecida Practice Turn, que oferece uma perspectiva capaz de contribuir para um melhor delineamento da S-as-P. Por uma leitura bourdieusiana da estratégia, apresentam-se, neste ensaio, conexões e articulações teóricas que preenchem lacunas e contribuem, assim, para a solidificação da S-as-P.
