Burnout Syndrome results from prolonged stress, overworking, and effective commitment to work. With the Covid 19 pandemic, work settings changed and the public sector was no different, demanding more from the worker to attend personal and professional activities. This study aimed to analyze signs of Burnout Syndrome among IFFa employees. It has a quantitative and descriptive approach, using a survey to carry out. Data collection took place online and was applied to IFFa public servants.. To assess the quantitative level of Burnout Syndrome in servers, the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) scale was used, with the aid of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software. The results showed a moderate index for Burnout. The standard deviations presented are considered high, highlighting the need for intervention by the institution, due to fluctuation, as moderate indices may rise. It is suggested that the management adopt an institutional diagnosis to identify the stressors, in addition to quality of life policies to minimize Burnout rates, which, despite being moderate, can be managed by the Institution, providing tools so that enthusiasm for the work is not lost.
