O trabalho docente: impactos e desafios frente ao cenário educacional atual

Abstract

In the last decades education in Brazil has been a target followed closely by government and the citizens as a way to access the formal employment, as well to face and refrain poverty. This paper has a focus on the professors reality and their daily efforts to turn possible the challenge to produce knowledge and to adjust themselves to the requirements needed by the public politics in terms of education. In this context it was investigated the professors quotidian in a Federal Institution of Technician Education in Belo Horizonte as well their work conditions. Additionally, it was analysed in which way these conditions are interfering in health and welfare of such professionals. It is considered the complexity that involve the teaching activities and its interative essence, whose object of work is the human being.
