Abstract

This article shows the first changes in the field of employment on account of interference and the use of the Internet. With a global network, companies can locate employees anywhere in the world, hire them according to their specialties. However, some companies are already using other means: launch problems on the Internet and offer rewards to those who provide the best solutions. This means that the old employee relations, which remained tied to the company the employee, are not the only ways to have the necessary specialist for troubleshooting. Companies no longer need to hire the employee, may use any specialist, who, without direct employment relationship, working temporarily for that company. What are the consequences of these new forms of work? Have direct interference in the employment relationship? What? The article seeks to identify possible consequences of these issues.
