Abstract

Debate over regulation of Internet use has acquired a significant emphasis at the present time. Government initiatives aiming to legalize cyberspace have been discussed in many countries and place the need of reflection on this issue in the agenda of political communication researchers. This matter brings the discussion about the internet control and the guarantee of freedon of expression and communication of individuals. This present communication involves a debate on the Draft for the establishment of Internet Law Framework, initiative organized by the Ministry of Justice.
