A construção de um regime internacional para a imigração ilegal

Abstract

The current article intends to discuss both the relevance and the needconcerning the development of an international regime for regulatingthe contemporary migration inflow. That regime would ensure theStates, no matter whether they are recipient of transit or of origin, anefficient way for establishing policies which could affirm its interestsabout the immigration matter. In this sense, these policies must becarefully developed in order to ensure that the immigrants will becontemplated in their dignity.
