A relevância das incubadoras de empresas no mundo contemporâneo

Abstract

This article draws attention to the fact that business incubators play an important role, especially with regard to the generation of employment and income and technological knowledge. The main objective is to highlight the importance they have in the context of changes in the world of work that led to the increasing rate of unemployment in Brazil and to the ever increasing demands, the companies gain competitiveness through the development of technology. The incubators are therefore one of the possible responses to those seeking to exit unemployment and contribute to technological development, in line with efforts to increase the subordinate conditions experienced by developing countries.
