Abstract

This text contemplates three dimensions. The historical nature ofthe Universities and their synergistic effects in internationalrelations. The insertion of PUC-SP into the international arena fromits origins and in the present day. Concrete suggestions in order toincreasingly insert PUC-SP into the contemporary internationalrelations.
