Abstract

The article is a brief problematization on the usage of the concept ofvulnerability in the discourse of the combat against impunity –which is linked to the current security policy. This punctualhistorical-political analysis is made through an anarco-abolitionistperspective. The main interest of this perspective is to bring to ahalt the development of the punishment regime, blockingpunishment practices (related to the emergency of generalprevention) that aim children’s and youngster’s bodies.
