Lenin e o “taylorismo soviético”: uma abordagem crítica

Abstract

This paper analyzes the privileged place of the Taylor System in Vladimir I. Lenin’s thought. Identified with work organization, the Taylorist movement can be defined as a set of techniques applied to the production process to reduce work to a cycle of repetitive gestures and accelerate its rhythm. It thus fills up the “pores” of the working day, which reflect the antagonistic characteristics of the capitalist production process. When he attributes a contradictory role (“positive” and “negative” aspects) to Taylorism in productivity growth, Lenin advocates its applicability to post-revolutionary Russia through an adaptation process under the control of the dictatorship of the proletariat.
