Early Childhood with parents deprived of their liberty: an analysis based on the Legal Framework on Early Childhood

Abstract

With qualitative methodology and using the Legal Framework on Early Childhood as guiding reference, this article aims to analyzing the deliberations of actors that are related to the theme of children who have their parents deprived of liberty. The research question is: "How actors deal with the Marco Legal da Primeira Infância?". It is possible to consider that the Marco Legal and the child's perspective are not yet considered, even when there is a strong interface with the theme of early childhood.
