Abstract

Since the second half of the twentieth century, internationalcooperation has been strengthened as an important relationshiptool among the several international system’s actors. Based on thisprocess, this article aims to discuss the increase of cooperation asan alternative of relationship in the international scope and howsome International Relations theories justify these actions.
