El papel mediador de la resiliencia de la cadena de suministro

El presente estudio examina los factores más importantes que contribuyen al desempeño de las pequeñas y medianas empresas en Irak y el papel mediador de la resiliencia de la cadena de suministro. Las PYME son un motor esencial del crecimiento económico, pero su desempeño se ve seriamente limitado por numerosos factores internos y externos. A través de una revisión extensa de la literatura y un análisis empírico, este estudio identifica varios facilitadores que incluyen la gestión de riesgos; gestión del conocimiento; gestión de soporte; y cultura organizacional. Los datos se recopilaron de 279 trabajadores, supervisores y gerentes de 20 pequeñas y medianas empresasen cinco municipios de Irak. Los datos se analizaron utilizando la metodología SEM-PLS. Se encuentra que la resiliencia de la cadena de suministro sirve como mediador en la relación entre la gestión del conocimiento, la gestión de apoyo y la cultura organizacional para el desempeño de las desempeño de las pequeñas y medianas empresas en Irak. Por el contrario, la gestión de riesgos no afecta la resiliencia efectiva de la cadena de suministro ni el desempeño de las desempeño de las pequeñas y medianas empresas. Estos resultados resaltan el papel vital que desempeña la resiliencia de la cadena de suministro en el desempeño de las desempeño de las pequeñas y medianas empresas, especialmente debido a las interrupciones y las incertidumbres. Fortalecer la resiliencia de la cadena de suministro ayudará a las pymes a responder más eficazmente a las interrupciones, minimizando los riesgos y manteniendo una ventaja competitiva.
