Os ecossistemas empreendedores e seu papel no fomento do empreendedorismo das startups: o caso da Empresa Nacional de Parques de Ciência e Tecnologia de Maluana, em Moçambique

O artigo investiga o papel dos ecossistemas empreendedores no estímulo ao empreendedorismo em países em desenvolvimento, com foco na atuação da Empresa Nacional de Parques de Ciência e Tecnologia de Maluana, em Moçambique. Adotando uma abordagem qualitativa e a estratégia de estudo de caso único, a pesquisa analisa como a incubação, a promoção da imagem e a cooperação fortalecem as startups. Os resultados evidenciam que o ecossistema oferece infraestrutura, mentoria e visibilidade, além de facilitar parcerias estratégicas, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade das startups. O estudo destaca a importância de modelos alternativos adaptados ao contexto local como estratégia para alcançar os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Conclui-se que a articulação entre governo, incubadoras e startups é essencial para impulsionar o empreendedorismo em países em desenvolvimento.
