Announcement to readersand authors of REVER Journal

Dear readers, authors, and collaborators of REVER Journal,

We are writing to inform you of important changes in the editorial management of our journal.

On December 1, 2025, Prof. Dr. Darli Alves de Souza assumed the position of editor-in-chief of REVER, in partnership with Prof. Dr. Frank Usarski, who will temporarily support the transition.

We acknowledge that throughout this year, the journal faced a period of interruption in its activities, with no new articles published. In light of this, we sincerely apologize to all those awaiting responses regarding their submissions made since January 2025. We understand the expectations and effort invested in each submitted work.

We are committed to reorganizing the editorial processes and resuming, as soon as possible, the regular flow of evaluation and publication. We will soon contact authors individually to inform them about the status of their submissions.

We thank you for your understanding and reaffirm our commitment to the quality and continuity of REVER as a relevant space for academic debate in the field of religious studies.
