The methodologyadoptedisexploratory research.The result of theanalysis showedthepresence ofvarious forms ofselective collection cooperatives, definedby theresource niches, which definethe formal structure(blueprint) of the organization. Identified also thenon-uniformitybetween thepolitical legitimacyandsocial legitimacydrivingforthe no establishmentof this neworganizational form.
