Debate teórico sobre o papel da agricultura na acumulação de capital em economias socialistas

Esse artigo tem por objetivo destacar o debate entre as tesouras de preços e a questão agrária em economias socialistas, centrando-se nas contribuições teóricas marxistas e populistas e para o caso da ex-URSS. Recupera-se esse debate para tratar a relação agricultura-indústria na China como uma concepção inovadora do Partido Comunista da China (PCCh) e do socialismo de mercado para enfrentar os problemas de acumulação típicos de economias socialistas. Uma das conclusões principais deste artigo é demonstrar que o processo recente de modernização da agricultura (desde o final da década de 1990) está alinhado com as contribuições marxistas de Lenin e Kautsky para a questão agrária em economias socialistas.
