Abstract

This article presents a discussion about the role of technique in creating scenic. Throughsome concepts of theater theory and philosophy we approach the issue of technical problems bringing up the implementation of the technique as a equation to produce art. We present a reflection about the relationship between actor and the creative work and how the techniques used in the course of the idea to the scene can be done differently. For this purpose, we explore the possibility of actor get rid of the commitment executor of their art, and give itself a desire to transform itself, to to revise all the time. This transformation of actor finds a possible analogy with the philosophical concept of “taking care of oneself”(from the Ancient Greece and Foucault revisited) treated in this article.
