In Brazilian literature there are certain productions that make it possible to uncover ontological and world horizons by becoming spokespersons of the values and meanings of existence in a real and fictitious, original and imaginary way as is the case of the book "Torto arado", by Itamar Vieira Júnior. This review seeks to lead to reflection on what characterizes us as human beings subject to a range of feelings in a micro & macro humanitarian cosmos.
