“nada mais que amor”: 50 anos de contracultura

Resumo

O ano de 1968 é lembrado pelas manifestações contraculturais em diversos países do mundo, tendo como marco o maio francês. No Brasil, o período foi marcado, de um lado, pelo acirramento da ditadura militar com o AI-5 e, de outro, pela explosão da Tropicá- lia. Este artigo analisa rupturas e continuidades dos movimentos

contraculturais, indagando seus efeitos no tempo presente.

Abstract The year of 1968 is remembered for the countercultural demonstrations in several countries of the world, having as a milestone May 68 in France. In Brazil, the period was marked, on the one hand, by the escalation of the military dictatorship with then AI-5 and, on another, by the explosion of Tropicalia. This article analyzes ruptures and continuities of the counter-cultural movements, investigating their effects in the present time.
