The purpose of this article is to rethink the risks posed by the social contract in the social economic legal area at a time when the turmoil generated by 21st Century Globalization leaves the thinking, the old paradigms and sociability itself in crisis. New paradigms are not yet established so we feel orphans of absolute truths, we continue walking in uncertainties and in the midst of great vulnerability. If turbulence can be seen as positive to review our beliefs, on the other hand it leaves us between two worlds: the model of twentieth century modernity or the postmodern challenge of 21st century globalization.References
