This essay intends to show that injustice is not based on reality but rather on values that lie beyond it. After considering injustice from the point of view of idealism the difficulty of materialist analysis as a consequence of amoral realism arises and manifests the possibility that materialism leads to juridical positivism. It evidences the three fundaments of materialist analysis, which lead to the conclusion that moral is not universal but absolute, which may be the basis for moral materialism.Downloads
