This article intends, in view of the current change in the morbidity and mortality profile of human beings with a prevalence of chronic diseases and medical complexities, to present palliative care from the point of view of its definition and clinical practice, advancing to a transdisciplinary perspective; reflect on the possible contributions of a philosophy of health in clinical practice, assisting teams in the comprehensive care of patients and then reflect on the teaching experience in undergraduate courses in health that considers the transdisciplinary between philosophy, health and palliative care.Downloads
