This essay is based on the discussion presented by the authors at the I International Conference on Philosophy and Medicine, on the relationship with others in the health area, which considered the power of the encounter between the I and the You, theorized by Martin Buber (1878-1965); moving towards a proposal to deepen the topic, focusing on the thought of Franz Rosenzweig (1886-1929), who we are and know ourselves through our relationships, at a given time and as an experience. Thus, we intend to detail the approach to the encounter as relationship with others, from a perspective that advances from dialogical philosophy to an experienced philosophy. To encourage this debate, we will approach multi-professionality, a fundamental practice in the health field, which presupposes multidisciplinarity, highlighting that professional connections are still based on knowledge, but can point to the characteristic multiplicity of the area, towards a meeting between professionals.
