Abstract

ABSTRACT Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) is a inflammatory chronic process in one or more joints that can present with extra joints events; the subtype with systemic commitment is called Still Disease. The infection by Hemorrhagic Varicella the despite presented a benign character in most of the time, can complicate in immunosuppressed patients. This abstract is about a patient with JRA entering in a systemic process in use of medicaments that leads into immunosupression and in consequence, after being exposed by the virus developed hemorrhagic complications, but despite the elevated mortality rate in this occasions had a good development.
