Abstract

ABSTRACT We report two case of spontaneous hemorrhage in patients with pseudocysts of the pâncreas, one intracystic and other extracystic. Clinical signs, hemoglobin level, hematocrit, ultrasonography and computed tomography were important for diferential diagnosis and immediate successfull surgical treatment these two cases. This paper was made in the Department of Radiology and Surgical Gastroenterology of the Hospital do Servidor Público Estadual “Francisco Morato Oliveira” (HSPE-FMO and Hospital Paulistano, São Paulo, SP.
