Validação da escala de atitudes de carreira sem fronteiras e carreira proteana no Brasil

O objetivo do presente estudo é a validação da escala de atitudes de carreira sem fronteiras e carreira proteana para o Brasil. O estudo é descritivo, quantitativo e a coleta de dados foi realizada através de uma survey eletrônica. A amostra é não probabilística e intencional e
foi composta por 2.376 pessoas. Foram utilizadas a análise fatorial exploratória e a análise fatorial confirmatória. Os resultados das análises fatoriais e do alfa de Cronbach afirmam a validade e a confiabilidade do instrumento utilizado. Espera-se que essa validação permita a utilização dessas escalas em futuros estudos nacionais sobre as novas carreiras.
