Abstract: The present article aims to investigate the relevance and some contributions of Kant’s 1768 opuscule titled: On the Ultimate Ground of the Differentiation of Regions in Space (RS) to the advent of critical philosophy, more specifically to the Doctrine of space founded in the “Transcendental Aesthetic” of the Critique of Pure Reason. We believe that this kind of work justified itself in such a way that brings not only a purely historical approach from the thought of the philosopher of Königsberg, but allows the presentation of some assumptions that are not always discussed; especially those ones by the Kant before the Critique of Pure Reason, which nevertheless are of great importance, including to the Critique itself.Referências
