ESTRATÉGIAS DE RECONHECIMENTO DE MACRO-ESTRUTURAS TEXTUAIS: SUA RELEVÂNCIA NA FORMAÇÃO DE TRADUTORES
ResumoThis paper deals with a text-oriented approach to translation studies and teaching. Drawing upon Genre Analysis applied to translation pedagogy, it points to the potential benefits of a methodology of translation teaching which may lead students to develop strategies of recognition of macro-textual structures associated with typical genres. Being sensitive to the structure and schematic components of a text is here suggested as a powerful aid in translation performance.
