Abstract

These papers deal with the relationship between discursive practices and part of the proposals for the High School Reform and the National School Curriculum (BNCC). The objectives are: to identify dialogues between High School Reform and BNCC, establishing the links between Law 13.415 / 2017 and Base; to verify which are the control devices used for the process of marketing of Brazilian public education and what are their implications in the educational scenario of the country. The theoretical framework used is part of the Discourse Analysis framework and considers the notions of enunciation and discourse (Maingueneau, 2008). The results point to the depublicization of Brazilian education.
