MASCULINIDADE HEGEMÔNICA: UM CÂNONE CULTURAL A SER QUEBRADO NAS HISTÓRIAS QUE CONTAMOS

Abstract

This ethnography-based research focuses on the construction of hegemonic masculinity in the classroom. Although this “canon” concerning identity is being challenged in the so-called Late Modernity through new gender projects, the data show the construction of gender models sanctioned by the tradition.
