The aim of this study was to assess life satisfaction and perceived health, according to the number of self-reported diseases, of the students of UnATI EACHUSP. The study included 299 subjects, of both sexes, aged between 50 and 80 years-old. The presence of chronic diseases exerted negative influence on quality of life and perceived health of midle-aged/older subjects. In this population, the number of selfreported diseases showed positive association with age and negative association with life satisfaction.Downloads
