Adult education is an educational resource proposed by UNESCO as a means to promote social inclusion and well-being of the elderly. Adult education differs from formal education in its characteristics, methodology, objectives and content, adapted to their context and needs. The musical activities promote the well-being of the people and is an effective resource in acquiring and strengthening social ties and cognitive operations among older people.Downloads
