Abstract

This article analyzes the process of production of urban space and the transformation of the landscape, resulting from (re) production of urban space through the performance of various actors, particularly the state and the real state market. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the networks of circulation and transport, use and occupation of land and environment we discuss the logic of the production of urban space around of the South of Rodoanel Mario Covas, in São Bernardo do Campo municipality, São Paulo Metropolitan Area.
