Abstract

This article aims to understand some expressions of the metropolis which emerge in everyday use of space. The starting point is the analysis of the usage/insertion within the Pilot Plan of Brasilia for those who somehow break the normatizations of usage and emerge urban contradictions. It is necessary to emphasize that we do not analize the urban plan of Lucio Costa, much less the unfolding contemporary urbanization, even though those elements form the tessitura in our analysis. We are methodologically reflecting through practice and knowledge, the reality expressed towards the meaning of the city.
