A álgebra e o pensamento algébrico na proposta de Base Nacional Curricular Comum para os anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental

O objetivo deste artigo é realizar um levantamento de como está sendo proposto o ensino da álgebra ou do pensamento algébrico na Base Nacional Curricular Comum (BNCC), ainda que em sua versão preliminar, nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental da educação básica. Realizamos uma pesquisa qualitativa com análise documental, de cunho teórico. O documento analisado (a BNCC) se trata de um currículo prescrito. A importância do trabalho está vinculada ao fato do conteúdo da base estar sendo relacionado diretamente ao desenvolvimento de materiais curriculares, à formação inicial e continuada de professores, entre outras políticas públicas educacionais que envolverão todas as unidades federativas. Na análise realizada, notamos, por exemplo, que, diferentemente dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN), um novo eixo relativo aos conteúdos matemáticos foi introduzido, Álgebra e Funções, e este, segundo o que propõe a Base, deverá ser abordado desde o primeiro ano do ensino fundamental da educação básica.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to conduct a research related to how is being proposed the Algebra’s teaching or the algebraic thinking in National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), even if in your preliminary version, in the initial years of the elementary school of basic education. It was conducted a qualitative research with documental analysis of theoretical nature and the analyzed document (the BNCC) is a prescribed curriculum. The importance of the work is linked to the fact that the base’s content is being directly related to the development of curriculum materials, to the initial and continuing training for teachers, among other public educational policies involving all the States. In the analysis performed, it can be noticed, for instance, that, unlike the National Curriculum. Parameters (PCN), a new axis on the mathematical content was introduced, Algebra and Functions, and this, according to what proposes the Base, should be approached from the first year of elementary school of basic education.
