Dimensões da liderança para transformação digital: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

O objetivo deste estudo é identificar as dimensões de liderança para transformação digital relatadas na literatura acadêmica e avaliar as suas interrelações para aumentar a compreensão sobre como esta posição de liderança influencia os resultados da transformação digital em empresas tradicionais. A abordagem metodológica é qualitativa de natureza exploratória, utilizando o método de revisão sistemática da literatura. O total de 36 artigos foi selecionado para a codificação, que foi realizada no software NVivo, aplicando os métodos de codificação eclética e padrão de códigos, e o resultado da codificação foi analisada usando o método de análise de conteúdo pelo agrupamento de categorias. Cinco dimensões foram identificadas: a tipologia do líder, as características do indivíduo, os mecanismos de influência, os resultados esperados e os fatores contextuais para adoção do líder, sendo as duas dimensões principais, os fatores contextuais que determinam a adoção de um líder para TD e os mecanismos de influência que afetam a entrega dos resultados esperados da TD. O valor deste trabalho é a aplicação da lente teórica da liderança estratégica para avaliar as dimensões do líder para transformação digital.
