This paper brings a reflexion about the needs of, developed through the political, economical and social changes called modernity in our society and its management, major of the times imported from the business corporation area, – basic element in the capitalist modernity foundation – its inefficiency in the new context brought by the network society, as well as some of their consequences and paradoxes. Based in this reflexion, the article presents a guide in the development of the new road to be paved by the whole people linked either directly or indirectly to the social network management, warning about the phenomenon exclusion of excluded.Metrics
