Políticas de memória e práticas de esquecimento: o legado do autoritarismo para a afirmação dos direitos humanos econômicos, sociais e culturais no Brasil

Abstract

The present assignment analyzes the pattern of the violations of the Human Rights in Brazil, trying to demonstrate that, if during the authoritarian regimen the state violence happened by means of the action and as motivation source it had factors of civilian and political orders; nowadays it happens by means of the omission and it shows itself covered by presupposed eminently economical, social and cultural. A reflex is the establishment of politics of memory and forgetfulness of the violations of the human rights always more concerned about the individuals' civil and political warranties than about the warranties of economical-social order, translated into omission and negligence from the Public Power.
